Just over a year ago, the council passed BT Cellnet applications
20025100 and
20025089 for 3 no 2G and 3 no 3G antenna.
These applications were approved subject to the following conditions:-
- The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later
than the expiration of five years from the date of this permission.
- No development shall commence until full details and samples of the
finished materials for the antennae and associated equipment, cables and
fittings etc have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local
Planning Authority. The agreed finished materials shall be applied at or
before the time of installation an shall be maintained as such thereafter.
- The development hereby granted permission shall be carried out strictly in
accordance with the details and plans hereby approved and shall not be
varied other than by prior agreement in writing with the Local Planning
Authority.
- The development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with
the details shown on the plan received by the Local Planning Authority on
13th March 2002.
5 The 6 TACS antennae and 5 OMNI antennae shall be removed concurrently and
any damage made good.
